Your stay under 4 stars and a little bit more…
WELCOME TO THE ERDINGER WEISSBRAEU IN MUNICH – GROSSHADERN!
The historic building was first mentioned as a farmhouse in 1539 until the modification of the building into an inn in 1804.
In 1900 Family Michael Filser purchased it as „Alter Wirt“, from 1935 it was then called „Wachau“.
Franz Brombach, father of the current owner of the brewery „Erdinger Weißbraeu“, bought the property in 1955 and leased it consecutively to two families.
After one year of renovation it was reopened in 1995 under the direction of Angela and Uwe Pianka as „ Gasthaus zum Erdinger Weissbraeu“- with Munich’s first wheat beer garden.
